The Naked Truth - Medical Textbooks Revealed

"THE NAKED TRUTH: Residents and USMLE Step 3 Review – Medical Textbooks Revealed."

This guide is for you, written by residents for residents. Inside, you'll find objective book reviews for many of the titles most commonly used by residents to help you decide which ones will best suit your needs.

Our reviewers discuss what they like, what they don't like, and who they think the books would be best suited for. They also rate each book on its content, readability, value for USMLE review,  quality of electronic ancillaries, and overall quality.

While each review only represents the opinions of one or two people, it can still be invaluable in the face of those huge reading lists that you get from your program director. We hope this guide will give you more confidence as you enter the checkout line at your bookstore. After all, no one wants to shell out for a complete dud when there's so much else you could spend your money on.

Last but not least, a huge "thanks" to all those who contributed. Without you, there would be no Naked Truth!

Want to talk some truth of your own? If you'd like to add your 2 cents, go to our Naked Truth Forums and post your comments. Or, download the catalog (approx 45MB), then comment in the Forums.
